Applicants may be asked via email or phone to provide additional information including but not limited to a copy of the plot plan (use survey from closing papers), or suitable diagram showing where the work is to be located relative to the home and property lines as well as specifications from the vendor, supplier or distributor. We may request photos be sent to the Property Manager.
Paint Colors: Applicants can email the colors requested for approval. Homeowner’s are not required to choose from a pre-selected collection of colors.
Solar Panels: Solar Panel placement on property may be dictated “within an orientation to the South or within 45 degrees east or west of due South provided that such determination does not impair the effective operation of the solar collectors” as per Florida Statute 163.04.
Fence: Please refer to the published Fence Policy located under HOA Documents on this portal.
Requirements: All requests must conform to all local zoning and building regulations and applicants must obtain all necessary permits if the request is approved by the ARB. The ARB has thirty days from the date of application submission to provide disposition. If all required materials or information are not included within the designated timeframe, said time period no longer applies.
